As the 45th District Representative, my mission is to serve the citizens and communities of the Sixth District—North Carolina and South Carolina—with compassion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. I am dedicated to strengthening our presence, expanding our impact, and ensuring that every family, youth, and community partner feels supported, valued, and uplifted.

This bridge symbolizes our commitment to unity, service, and forward movement. The Dr. Benjamin E. Mays Historical Preservation Site (Greenwood, SC) opened in 2011 as a historical preservation site and museum honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Benjamin Elijah Mays. It is the only site in the United States honoring this significant African American figure.
